‘ Using the site
These terms shall apply in regards to use of BLAST's website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") between customers and BLAST Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Users shall agree to these terms, and in the case where they do not, use of this Site shall not be permitted.
In addition, the Company may modify these terms including all regulations at any time. Please periodically check for any modifications to these terms at your own responsibility.
When a customer has used the Site after these terms have been modified, this shall be deemed as the customer having agreed to the modifications.
‘ Contents
All text, images, graphics, voice files, animation files, video files, and their modifications on the Site shall be protected under copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Commercial use, their reproduction for the purpose of distribution, modification, and reposting is prohibited. Copyrights for materials presented on the Site may also apply for its provider.
‘ Price of products
All indicated prices are recommended retail prices. Prices may change without prior warning.
‘ Product specifications
Specifications for products are subject to change for improvement purposes without prior warning.
Please be aware that pictures on the Site and the coloring of delivered products may somewhat differ and that designs such as patterns may differ from pictures due to production circumstances.
Please consider declarations of size and weight as rough references except for industrial products.
Please be aware that slight measurement errors may occur depending on the product.
‘ Purchases: other conditions
Additional conditions may apply to certain portions and contents of the Site such as product purchases, promotions, and other similar contents.
Additional conditions shall all be considered a part of these usage conditions.
Customers agree to comply with such aforementioned conditions, and in the case where this applies, this shall also include indicating that you are of the legal age required for product purchases and the use and participation of contents.
In the case where any inconsistencies occur between the conditions indicated by the Site or a certain part of services provided by the Site, or conditions which apply, the latter shall take precedence for the use of said part of the site or specific services.
The Company's obligations in relation to its products and services shall only comply with the agreement regarding their provision, and any contents of the Site shall also be construed as modifying the agreement.
The Company may modify the products and services provided on the site or the prices of these products and services at any time without notification.
While materials concerning products and services may at times not be up-to-date, the Company does not promise to update materials on the site regarding said products and services.

Information on the Site is provided "as-is" and disclaims all warranties, whether implied or otherwise, within the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Company makes no warranty that files download from the Site or any other data does not contain viruses, infection, or harmful contents.

The Company denies all responsibility concerning a customer's intentional or unintentional use of the Site and/or the Company's services.
Customers shall bear all responsibility for the use of the Site and linked sites.
‘ Personal Information
The Company's policies concerning privacy shall apply to use of the Site.
Provisions of the policies concerning privacy shall be deemed a part of these usage conditions. Use of the Site shall be considered to mean you have confirmed if your internet connection is completely lacking in confidentiality and safety and that you have offered your consent.
The Site uses browser cookies in order to activate Party B's auto-login function and a portion of a customer's information is temporarily stored in cookies.
The purpose of cookies is only to use them for a customer's function support.
Registration of your email address and other Personal Information under these services shall be deemed as having given your consent to the Company using these for the purpose of providing these services.
‘ Governing law and agreed jurisdiction
The governing law for problems regarding use of the Site by a customer shall be the law of Japan and shall be construed and applied in accordance with the law of Japan.
It is agreed that any disputes that arise due to problems concerning use of the site by a customer shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.

Blast Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall recognize importance of personal information and make efforts to protect the personal information thoroughly by complying with Act on the Protection of Personal Information,
Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure, and other regulations and guidelines regarding operations of the Company.
1. Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company shall acquire personal information by legitimate and fair measures within a scope required for achieving clearly specified utilization purpose.
2. Utilization Purpose of Personal Information
The Company shall utilize acquired personal information for the following purposes. In case of any necessity to utilize the personal information for a purpose beyond those described below, the Company shall utilize the personal information upon obtaining the individual’s consent in advance:
*To provide animal modeling services;
*To distribute and send notification, mail magazine, DM and various information for useing our services;
*To improve our services as well as to develop new services with marketing;
*To confirm and respond to opinions and inquiries regarding our services;
*To investigate activities prohibited by the terms of service;
*To make a contact from the Company in case of emergency; and
*To request cooperation in marketing activity, research and gathering of signatures regarding the Company’s business activities.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Party
The Company shall not disclose any acquired personal information to third party without obtaining the individual’s consent in advance; provided, however, that this shall not apply to the following cases:
*In a case based on laws and regulations;
*In a case that is required to protect life and body of a person or property with difficulty to obtain the individual’s consent;
*In a case that is specifically required to improve public hygiene or to promote healthy development of elementary school children with difficulty to obtain the individual’s consent; and
*In a case that any national institute or local public organization or a person who is entrusted by such institution or organization is required to cooperate in implementing duties provided for by laws and regulations and that implementation of the said duties can be interfered by obtaining the individual’s consent.
4. Management of Personal Information
The Company shall take measures for management of access to and restriction for taking personal information and prevention of illegal access from outside and other measures required and appropriate for prevention of leakage, loss or defamation and other safety management of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Security Management Measures”). In taking Security Management Measures, the Company shall take technical protection measures and organizational protection measures by utilizing a framework of relevant laws and regulations, guidelines and ISMS (Information Security Management System).
5. Request of Personal Data Disclosure
Except for any of the following items, the Company shall respond without delay in case of request of personal data disclosure from the individual or its agent:
*A case of possible damage to life, the body, properties and other rights and interests of the individual or third party;
*A case of possible remarkable detriment for appropriate performance of the Company’s operations; and
*A case of violation against other laws and regulations.
6. Modifications of Personal Data
The Company shall make an investigation without delay in case of a request from an individual or its agent for modification or the like of the said individual’s personal data (modification, addition, deletion, or suspension of use or provision to third party). If it is recognized that contents are incorrect, storage period has been expired or that other handling is inappropriate regarding the said personal data, modification or the like shall be performed without delay.
